INTRO TO PREMIERE. ASSIGNMENT 8, VIDEO.

OH YAY! finally. I learnt how to use a new software this week. It is called Adobe Premiere Pro and it is a video editing software. Apparently I was following closely when Yokeee was teaching but somehow halfway through I lost track and got lost.

I had to depend on my friends for help as they understood it better than me.

Assignment was given, and I tried to complete it but can't because there was an eror with the downloaded file. After trying a few times, it still can't be installed properly, so decided to use the one in school. While doing in school, a classmate told me that I can use iMovie instead.

This led to me using iMovie.

I found iMovie to be a fun tool and obviously I had fun doing the assignment.

I am still thankful though for the chance to learn Adobe Premiere. Both softwares are excellent and will help me in the future, I think. This assignment was cool as I have some interest in movie-making and allows me to explore a little on that part.

DAY 12 - FIELD TRIP. [ Angst Essen / Eat Fear by Ming Wong]

SORRY YOKEEEEEE. for being late!

Anyway, we went to 8Q SAM to see the "home aboard" exhibition. 

woooo.

I must say, freaking chim - 90% I DON'T UNDERSTAND. :( 

Anyway, while looking through those art pieces, I found out something - MING WONG'S ARTPIECE.

kkkKKKkkk. 

I went in and I saw pictures were hanging around. on the wall. 

one person. 16 different roles. AWESOME.

Then beside the pictures, there's a movie playing. At first, I catch no balls. What I saw was one again "one person. 16 different roles."

AWESOME ONCE AGAIN. :D 

so here's the story goes [summary].

The guy who came from Morocco likes the fat girl who came from Germany

 and YES! the germany girl likes the Morocco guy too and they got together too! BUTTT as racism is existing and ended they were forbidden to be together. 

Honestly.Seriously.Speaking.Saying. What I like a

bout his work is his creativity, his awesome idea and it gives me a special feeling which I totally cannot express via words.

ASSIGNMENT 7, AUDIO PODCAST.

I have finally finished my audio podcast assignment, with some help from Amirul. Initially I had no idea what is an audio podcast. I thought we just needed to sing some songs and then edit it. Later I realised that I was supposed to do something related to my facebook group!  I saw Hanif's podcast which was to edit a song and change its lyrics, and wanted to do something similar. However, thinking back, it won't have much impact and originality if I did that, so I decided to do something different. Furthermore I couldn't find a suitable song and tune for my group's cause. The final idea was to record a speech skit instead! Something that is related to my privacy group. Since I used a song from my iTunes library, and not compose the music from scratch, it took quite a short while to get it completed. It was a fun project overall!

DAY 10. CREATING LOOP EXERCISE.

Soundbooth Day Once Again! 

This time round more fun because I got the microphone from Yoke and I'm able to sing with it and edit it later on. :D As some of you know, I like to sing. KKKkkkkKKK. So I sang quite a few songs and I went to hear it after that then I realised my voice for the first time sounded way better than the one recorded in the phone and only then I realised I have deleted all the songs that sang by me. 

HAHA. UTTER RUBBISHHHHH.

DAY 9. THE DAY WE MET SOUNDBOOTH.

Today is Soundbooth day! Honestly speaking, I was totally blur and wasn't sure about soundbooth. Instructions were given but I'm still clueless. So i decided to explore it on my own. :D:D:D only then i realised soundbooth was awesome. i keep editing the sound that yoke gave us. :D
